Representation rooms on the 1st floor of the Palace

The tour will take you through representative salons, which were inhabited in the first half of the 19th century by the family of the Prince of Vasa, the son of the deposed Swedish king.

You will see the Reception Room, Prince Vasa's Salon, his wife's bedroom, Princess Louisa of Baden, Princess Louisa's Salon, the Small Dining Room and the Grand Salon. The tour ends with a lookout terrace, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding Podkomorské forests and the Brno dam.

The rooms are furnished in the Empire and Biedermeier styles, the styles that dominated the furniture industry in the first half of the 19th century.
