On Saturday, April 20, 2024, due to the "Veveří - Eichhorn 1945" event, it will not be possible to visit the castle grounds for the normal entrance fee of CZK 60, but only for the entrance fee for this event, i.e. CZK 180/140/50. This entrance fee can only be paid in cash. Thank you for your understanding.
Architectural and Historical Development of Castle Veveří
A special tour that will guide you through the castle, from the cellars to the attics, and provide you with insight into some historical and architectural terminology. The tour will also reveal economic conditions of Veveří from the time of its last owners as well as Gothic premises that have been preserved.
This tour is only accessible to visitors aged 15 and older!
This tour is physically demanding (climbing across several floors at once, transitions from hot to cold environment and vice versa).
